A building like this demands structure you can trust and a process that keeps the job moving. This project involved the fabrication and supply of structural steel for a three-story assisted living facility, aligned to real-world site conditions and sequencing.

Ferra provided the structural steel framework for the building, along with steel for the porte cochere and custom spindle railing for three interior stairwells. Each element needed to integrate cleanly with concrete, masonry, and framing trades already in progress, leaving little room for misalignment or delays.
