Exterior Access Stairs Built for Daily Use

For Wayne Garage Door’s new offices, Ferra built the exterior stair and guardrail system to provide safe, dependable access in a tight footprint.

The project uses an economical, code-compliant horizontal guardrail as an alternative to spindle railing. The exterior stairs use an open tread that lets dirt and debris fall through, which helps the stairs stay cleaner in employee access areas and holds up better in day-to-day conditions.
